About Us
The Nanojet company is found by small group of young scientists. We have our interest in many fields of modern science. We try to concentrate our work on the new materials for nanotechnology. Quantum dots, quantum wires, nanotubes, superlattices, structures for spin transport researching and others. And in the same time we try to improve the researching methods for nanoscale objects. In this direction we work on new type of cantilevers and new scanning tehniques for SMP.
MultiMode SMP (Nanoscope IIIa)
The MultiMode is the highest-resolution SPM ever manufactured. A combination of easy-to-use, powerful software and innovative hardware design gives it the flexibility to easily acquire images from the atomic and microscopic scales. It performs the full range of scanning probe microscopy techniques to measure surface characteristics, including topography, elasticity, friction, adhesion, magnetic fields, electrochemical, thermal,and electrical fields. The MultiMode has been used to produce more scientific publications than all the competing systems combined, and has a proven reliability in over a thousand installations.
